Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee; beds are all made with clean linens upon your arrival.
  • Self check-in/check-out is available.
  • Tenant named on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and must occupy the property during the entire tenancy.

Property Access

  • Two golf carts (one 6-seater and one 4-seater) are provided for guest use.
  • Large covered upstairs deck, screened-in patio, and downstairs deck connecting to the marsh walkway are included for guest use.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed at this property.
  • No pets allowed. Bringing a pet may result in fines and possible eviction.
  • No events or parties allowed. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
  • If a party is determined to have taken place during your stay, the reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
  • Maximum occupancy: 10 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless under the age of two (2) and sleeping in a crib.
  • Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
  • Please review the cancellation policy. Insurance is recommended.
